This sunny south west facing apartment is a place for two people. It is possible to provide a baby cot or an additional bed. The 56 sqm apartment has a separate entrance and offers enough space on two floors. Free parking in front of the house. In addition, we provide you with a lockable garage to store your bikes.

Ground floor

In the spacious entrance area with a clothes rack and shoe storage you will also  find many different brochures and prospectus about the most interesting attractions in Memmingen and the surrounding area. A laundry rack, an ironing board and an iron is also put at your disposal. First aid box and sewing kit available. Drinks (water, soft drinks, wine and beer) are available at cost price.

The  bathroom offers a washer dryer combo and a bathtub with an adjustable shower partition. Towels included. Hair dryer available. 

The cosy bedroom, with plisse blinds at the windows can also be darkened by shutters.

First floor

A staircase leads to the first floor where the  kitchen and the living room are located.

The fully equipped kitchen has an electric dooker with ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a bean-to-cup coffee machine including beans, a toaster, a sandwichmaker, an electric kettle and an egg cooker. In the small pantry next to the kitchen you will find enough space for your supplies.

The additional toilet is another convenience of this apartment. In our living room you will find a cosy corner sofa and a smart TV and a DVD player, In addition, we provide you with a selection of DVDs. Hif-fi stereo system available.  We have provided a collection of games and various illustrated books about the Allgäu. Free Wi-Fi access is available.

Terrace

Enjoy the first rays of sunshine in the morning while having breakfast on the terrace. The terrace is situated in front of the entrance. You can also grill your steaks on the barbecue grill and comfortably end a perfect summer day.
