VAT 7% included in all prices
On request, we also rent our apartments for a longer period of time. For any stay exceeding 14 days, a weekly cleaning including change of towels and a 14-day change of bed linen is included.
High Season:
16th May to 31st August 2025 and 19th December 2025 to 7th January 2026
1st May to 31st August 2026 and 18th December 2026 to 3rd January 2027

Payment Facilities:
We accept payment in cash as well as with EC cards and credit cards.
Please note:
The indoor pool is only open from mid-May to October
House rules/Swimming rules:
With the booking, the guest accepts our house rules (DOWNLOAD) and our swimming rules (DOWNLOAD).
Children and extra beds:
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
A baby cot for children under 2 years is charged with 15 € per stay.
All children from 2 to 17 years are charged with 15 € per night in an extra bed
Adults are charged 20 € per night in an extra bed
Cancellations and changes:
- until 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- until one day before date of arrival, 50 % of the total price will be charged.
- any changes made at a later date or in case of no-show, 90 % of the total price will be charged
We recommend that you take out a travel insurance.
