Ground floor

The apartment has a separate entrance. Here you will see the entrance area with clothes rack and bench with shoe storage. On and in the chest of drawers you will find a variety of brochures and prospectus about the most interesting places in and around Memmingen to visit. The living room perfectly combines both living and dining and is furnished with a comfortable couch and a modern flat screen TV together with a stereo system with integrated DVD player. For those who want to watch a movie we've provided several DVDs. Enjoy board game evenings with your family or friends with games like scrabble or Rummy Cup. Feel the cosy atmosphere on cold winter days with the crackling fireplace. We provide you with free wood.

You can enjoy your breakfast in our bright and spacious kitchen kitchen at the counter.  The cable-TV is an additional convenience in the apartment. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an electric cooker with ceramic hobs, an elevated oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a bean-to-cup coffee machine with filled beans, a milk frother, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, an egg cooker and a hand blender.

The bathroom downstairs has a shower stall, a washbasin and a mirrored bathroom cabinet, a toilet and enough space. Fluffy towels wait for you to wrap you up in warmth as soon as you step out of the shower. Hair dryer available.

The spacious laundry is equipped with a sink unit, a washing machine and a dryer, a laundry rack, an ironing board and an iron for the perfect care of your clothes. This lockable room can also serve as ski storage.

The recreation room offers table football and electronic dart. The sporty ones may use the exercise bike. There is also a freezer at your disposal.

First floor

Two bedrooms, bathroom

In  bedroom Enzian there is one double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It is also possible to sleep on the pull-out bed which can be extended up to 160 x 200, especially for children.

In  bedroom Vincent you will find a double bed, a wardrobe, a bed 140 x 200 and a bed 90 x 200. There is space either for four adults or for three adults and two children. For darkening we have shutters and darkout blinds.

The bathroom upstairs has a bathtub with adjustable shower partition, a wash bassin and a mirrored bathroom cabinet, a bidet and a toilet. A bench as well as a shelfing unit offers much storage space.
